About
In the midst of our rapid, ravenous, mainstream and label-driven culture, this blog is an open journal where I get to discover, document and celebrate a journey of living an authentic, creative and conscious way of life.
My name is Sonia Azalia, a 21 year-old mixed and complex kid from Indonesia—home of the coconuts. For as long as I live, art and writing has taken me a long way on figuring out who I am and my place in this world, and my growing passion towards ethical and sustainable living has given it all value and purpose. All praises goes to The Source.
Through the powerful medium of words and visuals (despite my super amateurish photography skills) I hope to inspire my readers to embrace their own unique self and experiences, and to raise awareness about the damage that's happening to the world cause by the false philosophy of beauty that is planted in us, and to give out a good news that healing and saving the world is something inclusive that each of us can play a part in, because it starts as simple as from the way we choose to live.
